This dataset includes information about samples and treatments analyzed with NMR. Bacteria Ruegeria pomeroyi DSS-3, Stenotrophomonas sp. SKA14, and Polaribacter dokdonensis MED152 were collected 48 hours after individual inoculation into a diatom Thalassiosira psuedonana culture and the resulting metabolites were analyzed. Raw data files are located at Metabolights, MetaboLights accession number MTBLS1544.Raw data files are located at Metabolights, MetaboLights accession number MTBLS1544.
The study examined the ability of bacteria to draw down exometabolites from the culture medium as detected by novel approaches using magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis.
